Time horizon of the recommendation: 1 to 3 months, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Basis of the recommendation: deterministic synthesis of canonical signals (fair value, financial health, dividend safety, technical recommendation, momentum, historical percentiles) computed from public data sourced via third-party data providers. The 12-month history of each recommendation is available on request via legal@zyxmon.com until the /research/verdict-history/{symbol} endpoint is published.

Conflicts of interest: ACME does not broker, intermediate or hold positions in covered instruments as its main business. Team members may hold personal positions in covered securities. Any aggregate team holding exceeding 0.5% of the issuer's share capital is disclosed explicitly alongside the recommendation, per Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/958, Article 6(1).
