Conflicts of Interest Policy

Transparency about how we earn, what we don't do, and why our analysis is not for sale.

How we earn

ZYXmon's only source of revenue is user subscriptions. We do not receive, and will not accept, commissions or payments from brokers, issuers, fund managers, financial product providers, or any third party in exchange for featuring, ranking, recommending, or displaying analysis of any security.

We do not operate affiliate links with brokers. We do not earn from trading volume, spreads, or order flow. We do not sell leads, user data, or analytical signals to third parties.

No paid placements, no sponsored analysis

Every algorithmic analysis, dividend safety score, fair value estimate, and risk flag is produced by the same automated pipeline that runs on every stock in our database. No issuer or third party can pay to alter, remove, highlight, or soften the output for any particular security.

Educational content in the Academy is written in-house and is never sponsored. When third-party data sources are cited (e.g., Yahoo Finance, analyst consensus, central bank FX rates), the source is always disclosed.

Personal holdings of the team

Members of the ZYXmon team may personally hold positions in securities that are analyzed by the platform. The platform analyzes tens of thousands of securities globally, and it would be impractical to exclude all team holdings from analysis.

To mitigate this: no team member participates in the design or tuning of algorithms in a way that could favour a specific security. All algorithmic parameters (weights, thresholds, discount rates, sector betas) are configurable, documented, and applied uniformly across every ticker.

What we are not

  • We are not a broker. We do not execute orders, hold custody of client assets, or route trades.
  • We are not a regulated investment advisor. We do not provide personalised investment recommendations and are not authorised under MiFID II, CNMV, or any other financial services regulation.
  • We are not a research firm selling reports. Our output is informational and educational. No analysis is produced on demand or commissioned by any external party.
  • We do not promote any specific security. When a stock is highlighted by our algorithms (e.g., for dividend growth, valuation flags, or pattern detection), it is the result of automated rules applied uniformly to all tickers — not of editorial or commercial decisions.

Reporting concerns

If you believe a conflict of interest has influenced any analysis, ranking, or content on ZYXmon, please write to legal@zyxmon.com. We review every concern and respond in writing within 30 days.
